Lahore Transport Company (LTC) is a wholly owned company of the Government of Punjab registered under section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984. LTC has been established in order to stream line the urban passenger transport system in Lahore. LTC will be responsible for provision of safe, efficient and affordable bus service for commuters and establishment of transport infrastructure including clean and modern bus stops, shelters, depots, and terminals. LTC envisages to become a self sustaining transport regulating body of the Punjab Government. Through its regulation enforcement strategies, LTC will ensure a clean environment, free of illegal transport, for bus operators to ply their buses in quantity and frequency provided by LTC operations. LTC is greared towards improving quality of bus, increasing number of buses, and maintaining the affordability of service for passengers. This website provides basic information about the organization and role of LTC as well as usefull information for our prospective partners. Future Plans Investment Opportunities
   
Inline with the vision of the CM Punjab, LTC plans to introduce new buses in Lahore, which would be efficient, yet affordable. As part of the Punjab Government's Green policy the central city will be serviced by buses running on clean and environmentally friendly CNG fuel. For the first time, transport Enforcement regime. LTC also plans to establish new and refurbish the existing, bus shelters for passenger convenience
LTC offers great opportunities for local and international inverstors a like, who would like to become part of the LTC Bus Operator Community. LTC Plans to induct 2000 new buses in next 24 months for which new operators as well as old ones are invited to participate in a transport bidding process. Operators who are interested in bringing Buses as per LTC approved specification to ply in Lahore, may contact LTC.
